Bailey Motors understands your concern; however here are a few things to consider when deciding if a salvaged car is right for you. Salvaged doesn’t mean destroyed, normally all of the damage is centered around one area, with very low mileage cars, the rest of the car is often in excellent condition.

At Bailey Motors we thoroughly inspect the car and replace all damaged parts. Our mechanics pay close attention to every detail to be sure that your new purchase will have a long trouble free life.

Things to look for when deciding to choose a salvaged car.
  • How long has the company been in business, do they have a good reputation? Will they stand behind their work if there is a problem? If in doubt, ask if you can have the car checked by another mechanic or body shop. If they are reluctant, Beware!
  • Some shops will claim a car has not been in an accident, that it is a Theft-Recovery car. There is not that many of these cars available, if they make this claim, check it out before you buy the car. If they are willing to deceive you about the cars origin there will likely be other issues.
  • Look for any indications that the car has been in a flood. Flood cars frequently have troubles down the line in their electronics, wiring and other areas.
