Kia also had the Kia Sephia from 1994 to 2004 (discontinued in North America after 2001) . The Sephia was a small family car that came as either a hatchback, sedan or coupe. In 2002 the Kia Sephia became the Kia Spectra sedan which was offered in a base and a LS trim. This new Spectra sedan joined the current 2002 line up of Spectra hatchbacks, the GS and GSX models.
